Hello all...
I am currently working for a carrier which adopts CAP 413 as its radiotelephony standard. CAP 413 is very clear about what information pilots should pass on first contact with DEP after takeoff, namely callsign, altitude passing, altitude/level climbing and SID name.
As I recall this is slightly different form ICAO standard (where SID is not mentioned unless local regulations require it), but cannot for the life of me find a reference for this in either DOC 4444 nor DOC 9432 (which both make excellent bedside reading, by the way   ).
Anyone know the ICAO reference for standard info to be passed on initial contact?
(Excuse the anorak-worthy question, but I often fly with captains rather pedantic about their F/Os' RT :ouch: )
