renting A/C for commercial purposes

Hello all,

Does anyone have any idea on the rules and regs behind hiring a club aircraft for commercial transport/aerial photography/survey/pleasure trips?

Would it be a case of me having to pay my share of the rental or can the person who is wanting to use me and the A/C absorb the rental cost?

I will not be earning from the usage, just free flying hours is my gain.
