very poor job opportunities in the uk at the moment,some schools dont even reply to your emails,:bored:the instructor shortage has gone....

What do you expect in a interview with well know FTO like, OAT,Cabair,Stapleford,AFT,Multiflight?Any info appreciated.like to here from well known FTO Instructor.How much salary or pay rate for unrestricted instructor is expected?
