Last year you needed to have your own Beech 1900 type rating for them to consider you. I think the cheapest place to get this was with Bill Fisher in South Dakota, USA (Tel 1 605 348 1337) and from memory it was about US$7,000.

They have an upper age limit for pilots which I think was about 26...! Pay is good.
