From ABC:

"The authorities in Iran say that a Russian-made Yak-40 aircraft, carrying the country's Transport Minister has crashed and all on board have been killed.

Officials say the plane's wreckage has been found in a mountainous area about 140 kilometres east of the plane's destination, the city of Sari.

Reports from Tehran say the plane with 19 passengers and 10 crew disappeared after the pilot reported bad weather

Transport Minister Rahman Dadman and his delegation, including six Members of Parliament, were on their way to inaugurate a local airport close to Sari when they crashed in bad weather."
