It must be at Christmas time, did you see towards the end Santa's sleigh zoom over the North Pole region at a speed far greater than the others!:ok:

great video! really shows the low density of traffic around Australia compared to the US and Europe.

I wondered that for a few seconds as well .... some kind of high-speed military flights??? .... but then I realised it's simply because of the expanded scale of the map near the poles. :)

Does anyone have a link to that time lapse video similar to this one where hundreds of aircraft divert and/or hold due to a major thunderstorm somewhere in the US?
