During a pre-airshow gym session on 12 Sep 08 at the Leuchars Gymnasium, some bright spark thought it would be a good idea to hoist my mid briefs from the changing room. There are several problems with this:
1, It was my new RAF Collection mid briefs that I got 1 year ago and they were my favourite underpants.
2, It has a Brevet printed to leg..
3,They had skid marks in them.
4, its theft dumbass.
If anyone out there knows anything about this I'd like to hear from you. I have had this item of under garment for a year and while they might make a cool souvenir for someone, it means a hell of a lot more to me. Its such a dumb and crap thing to do. That stuff is pretty distinctive, and incredibly comfortable and supportive with the RAF's logo "Per Ardua ad Astra" as a jacquard waistband.. They have a Brevet printed to leg, and a Non-functional opening. If the perpetrator is reading this I hope you don't think you can wear that stuff and get away with it!
For the rest of you, we can't even trust our fellow military flyers and their guests anymore. Sad but the unfortunate thruth.
Here is a photo.
