Good evening!

Anyone familiar with the requlation above?

Will this let ie an European with JAA-licenses fly an N-reg'd aircraft commercially for a non-US citizen/company based in ie Europe...

Or would one have to earn full FAA licenses? I believe §61.75 will only get you as far as PPL?

Regards

I fly a N registered aircraft commercially with a 61.77, and without an FAA license.

hey guys

the idea is, what the FAA need to issue this validation?

because, without it, i can fly N regs only domestic flights.
and with it, can be international flights also.

and all will be by the ICAO license.
