No, it is not possible to operate with a 747F into PNR.
Otherwise CV would be there already...;)

Why can't you go there with a 747? I've been in there with ,a MD-11 recently, and AF goes there with A330. A classic should be fine into there. There is always the crappy K-loaders and very slow fueling, but it"s do-able. We usually tanker fuel in there from BZV, and just top off to leave to avoid the fueling delay.

Full disclosure, I have never stayed there, always operated into and out the same day. AF is the only real option in or out if you must position in or out.

There is a lot of LAD cargo heading into PNR. They then send by vessel which assists with quicker custom clearances on route.
