Hi all.

I was wondering if there were possibilities for work for Expats in Canada. Have ATPL 6500hrs and A343 and B732 time. Want to move to canada with wify and kid.

Would there be options on similar types or only smaller a/c

Beech,

Airline industry in Canada a bit in the dumps right now. Zoom just went under and others to follow I'm sure.
Best try somewhere else

try the following jet operators:

newair, westjet, kelowna flightcraft, canjet, cargojet, sunwing, skyservice

checkout www.avcanada.ca (http://www.avcanada.ca)..... great site... especially gives you the lowdown on westjet.

i too am in a similar situation... but the canadian dream seems distant right now for me.... 3000 dollars a month to start as fo at westjet... whereas i might get a job as p1 in flydubai for 15000 dollars a month.... :ok:

Yep, FlyDubai is certainly a good place to look with cool expat packages ( part of the Emirates expansion).

Transat needs billigualism now - more A310s coming.

Send your resume to Roger Garant at TSC speculatively and see what happens - but I'm thinking Z4 resumes are on the desk right now.
