I read doing a search on here that housing allowance is only for 15 years, but that's the only thread I've seen that on. Could anyone verify if that is true or not? Is that true whether you do a mortgage or rent?

With a few other issues this was pushed during contract compliance. I think it is now 25 years.

KA 25yrs

*Using CX as an example:

if you bought for a period of time (ie 6yrs) then sold & returned to renting you would still be owed 9 yrs of mortgage assistance to use later.

Rental

CX unlimited during employment
KA unlimited during employment
