Visiting Priory Farm on Wednesday evening 6/8/2008 was G-XSEL a Silence Twister - First flight was on Monday 4th August

Needless to say it was the centre of attention at the Breckland LAA flying evening !

Can never figure out why they didn't do a 2 seat twister - I always think it'd be a really popular aeroplane, looks, performance, the full nine yards really............ anyone know whay they didn't ???

Yes, it was a little beauty and the departure and farewell circuit just confirmed what a splendid little aeroplane the Twister is.

All that performance on 85hp !!!

Do agree that a 2 seater would shirley sell like hot cakes.

The good woman thought it was "lovely" ... a high accolade from one who doesn't generally enthuse about "little aeroplanes" :)

Those wings are what does it for me. Pity it's fibreglass as you can't put it in a suitable WW2 scheme..... PR blue with invasion stripes methinks :ok:
