Anyone know about the incident at Coventry today. According to the ATIS........"Runway closed due to an aircraft accident".

The lastest "SP" is that a Jetstream slid off Rwy 23 although this is not confirmed.

The ATIS reported the wind @ 280/28 gusting @ 37.?????

Hope all is well there, and that above all, there were no injuries etc etc etc.

I can well believe the ATIS, it was blowing a gale at BHX today.

US-registered Gulfstream 3 overshot according to a contact. He gave the tail number but I am withholding it as the status of the occupants is unknown.
