Delta terminal 3 at JFK...What a joke

I have just had the misfortune to suffer the DELTA ordeal at JFK.

It took a full 38 mins to get 3 boarding passes, the staff didnt give a toss about customer service, and no where to get a bottle of water between 9pm and 5am.

having endured 7 hours of this,i can only assume that the homeland security department bases its rendition flights on the delta operation.

It took me 4 hours to get my bags! And that in the middle of the night! Filthy, dirty, dark place with unfriendly and inefficient staff!

You also better hope that none of your flights with them ever go TU. Have had the misfortune of tidying their paxs problems up many a time when they have just been dumped at a transfer airport with no idea of where their bags are, what flight or even airline they are on. Abysmal.
