Just heard on the Belgian TV that the Belgian government has pressed charges agains Swissair. Swissair should increase their stocks in Sabena from 49.5% to 85% according to an agreement that has been signed last year. Swissair however has no money to do so since the 4 banks who are providing SR with money for the restructuration are demanding SR to withdraw from Sabena.
SR came this morning with a proposition regarding the rescue plan of SN. This proposition included that SR was released from all it's previous agreements.
The Belgian minister Daems (in charge of the Sabena problem on government level) stated that the Swissair proposition was totaly unacceptable and an insult towards the Sabena employees.

Finally the Belgian government is sueing Swissair. Hopefully this will learn them that you can't just suck the good things out of a company to dump the rest. Too bad that it lasted so long before the Belgian state acted, a lot of harm has been done to Sabena by those Swiss *"é&é"§*é !!!!
