Curious to know your opinions,
My personal pick for best handling narrow body, The Boeing 727.
Worst, the MD-80.
I think all the wide bodys are pretty good with some being excellent
The only one I have flown is the 767 which I think is a delight, much nicer than the 757.
Interested in all generations !

Narrow
Best, heavy B707 without doubt. Light/medium Learjet series 30. Both "manual" controlled, (except B707 rudder)
Worst, difficult to say, so I shall re frame from further comment.
Wide
Only flown one!

It's where they plug in ground power and load all your bags and passengers.:ok:

Well, worst of all, narrow/medium/wide body is the Airbus (318/319/320/330/340/380/etc). No handling at all on those, the Airbus handles you and lets you playstation around :\

Best - the VC10. No shadow of a doubt. A real pilot's aircraft.

VC10 - a Gentleman's aircraft.:)
Best narrow body: 737-200- Sportscar of the skies
Best wide body: DC10-30- Rock solid ride and crisp handling
Worst narrow body: A321- Abysmal performance and squirrelly handling
Worst wide body: A330- Handles like a flying bathtub

As in 'Handling the Big jets' 18 wheeler, ease/ promptness / precision/ linearity of response to manipulation of the yoke, Control Column, Spectacles, Stick etc..
