Just wondered what the longest scheduled (passenger) air journey in the world is now?

When will we see LHR SYD non stop?

What sort of fuel load would they need for a 19hr sector?!

i bet its right on the limit for maximum take off weight and no pax over 10 stone :)

LHR-SYD non stop has been done albeit not a scheduled flight i think it was a 747-400 delivery flight (please correct me if i am wrong) and lasted 21 and a bit hours.
