I hv a question to ask
Assume that for dispatch: SATCOM is inop Both HGA/LGA
And SATCOM is not mandatory for the route
Pls advz amendment to be made to ICAO Flight Plan
In particular to changes to made to Item 10 and 18
Appreciate yr learned feedback
