Not sure if this is the correct forum for this question, but often we file a FPL where we are willing to accept a IFPS change. However we get the acceptance with the routing and the actual routing is completely different. This seems to be more the case over Europe than the UK but does anyone know why this happens. Cant they just issue the acceptance which contains the real routing.
