Nice to hear that, even after 51 years, a full investigation will be held to determine the precise causes.
Aircraft appears in a remarkably good state of preservation. Presumably the result of cold and deep (50m) water.

Do they need an attorney? Clearly someone is to blame for this accident.

This has been all over the news in Canada recently. A bit poignant, bringing up the bodies from the deep so they can be interred. For the families involved, perhaps some closure.
No small feet, doing this at 165 ft -- that's not a dive for amateurs.

The Republic RC-3 Seabee is not a floatplane. It's classified as a flying boat. Dill journos!!!
