Hello Guardians of the sky...is anyone being paid for achieving
the ICAO English levels? If so, how much and how is it being
allocated to the controllers. replies appreciated.cheers:ok:

I dont think so.
Quite the opposite.
As it is, or will be a requirement, if you do not achieve the required level you may be looking for another job !

all this while there was no such requirement but now it is.
the chaps who are below par are working towards the required
level. I believe that an additional allowance should be given
as language itself is an aquired skill especially to those whose
mother tongue is not English.:ok:

I would love to see your management giving you more money to have the necessary skill, in this case language, to do your job. Are you French by chance??
