Hi gents,
for those of you who can read French, here's an interesting document by the Service d'Exploitation et de la Formation Aeronautique (http://www.sefa-fto.net/) (essentially a government-run FTO). It is a practical guide to the use of GPS in VFR navigation--I've had a quick read and found it very sensible and an excellent instructional aid. It should be comforting to some of us here that at least some schools are covering the use of GPS and other post-WWII technology in their syllabi.
