Can anyone recommend a good flight school for PPL VFR to start from ground zero near Montreal ?
I don't speak French so i need English class.

Depends....where do you live?
Laurentide avaition at Ceders is mostly English. Cargair at St-Huber is picking up English instructors for the Chinese students.....
Ceders or St-Hubert would be a good option. Mascouche may not be right for you since it is 98% french.

I would heavily suggest Laurentide Aviation at Cedars. Great staff! I have been doing my training there for about 3 years and I am very happy with it.
