Who is the correct contact for flight note amendments if you don't have cockpit mobile phone? - Flight watch or the CTA service you are in contact with. thanks in advance.

Don't use flight notes and don't bother either Flightwatch or ATC with a flight note amendment because they don't have the note or your details. Put in a flight plan with a SARTIME. Then for any flight plan amendment contact flightwatch on the relevant flightwatch frequency.

If no contact with flightwatch (which is often the case), then go to ATC on the relevant frequency for the Class G airspace you are in (Area VHF on your chart). ATC will take your amendment, workload permitting, but if they are busy you may have to standby and wait until they can deal with your amendment details.

Thanks Dirty Pierre. Won't be using flight notes anymore. Flight following I suppose can't be guaranteed either.
