No, not the prolific Poster, the headset.

So how exactly does one pronounce it?

Is it Bows-Ex
Bows-ten
Bosh-Ex
Bosh-ten
Bows-ee-ten
etc
etc
etc
?????????????

You can tell I've never been rich enough to own a set and have no flying credentials whatsoever.

I've never heard anyone pronounce it "ten". To be honest, who even cares?

usually it's " heap of , have you got any spare batterys, I can't hear jack "

Although to be fair you do get the same with the DC X11 as well.

Hard to compete with the technical specs (http://www.bose.com/controller?event=VIEW_STATIC_PAGE_EVENT&url=/home_entertainment/headphones_headsets/headsets/headset_x/inthebox.jsp#tabs) of the Bose X though:

"Breadth: 4.8 to 6.3 inches • Height: 4.5 to 5.7 inches • Weight: 12 oz (340 g)"

Size isn't everything old boy.....

(Oh and it was meant to be mildly amusing rather than serious, personally, I can take or leave their gear, the original comment came from a sound designer of my aquaintance).

Actually it's one of those funny achronyms that is said nothing like how it appears:

Phontetically it goes like this:

Berl sheet.
