Hi all,

Our local Health Authority has taken an interest in our organisation's CRM course and has asked if they can send some facilitators to sit in on our next course. The aim is eventually to introduce their own version of the course for their front line personnel to be run by their own facilitators.

So far the only thing that comes to my mind is the UK GMC website on disciplinary hearings -does anyone have any links to websites for medical issues that could be introduced into an aviation CRM course? Any assistance would be gratefully received.

Cheers

Hi CJ - Our health authority is looking at a course for front line medical staff who are based on the ground. Thanks for the very interesting link though. It may be of use to our guys, who do EMS/Casevac as part of their role.

PS - to all who PM'd me: Thanks - I will get around to answering in due course. :ok:
