Hi was wondering if anyone could shed some light or has had the experience of getting a type endoresed on the licence.
I'm doind training on the ATR-42 in France and was wondering what Transport Canada requires in the form of documentation to endorse the type on my licence.
I'm thinking copy of my log book with time in the sim and base training. Also a letter from the training facility in this case saying that they are DGAC approved. A letter or certificate from them saying I have completed my ATR-42 training to satisfaction and a copy of my Tanzanian licence showing endorsment of the ATR-42.
Can anyone think of anything that is missing or perhaps any tips as to getting this done at TCAA, I will probably not be able to go to Canada for this so will have to send everything through the mail and not keen on sending my log books, will certified copies be sufficient?
Thanks for any help.
