Hello,
I am writing an essay which includes some Human Factors. I am quite new to the industry and without any history knowledge. What I wonder is if there are any particular examples of operators in financial difficulties that developed a company culture among flight crew to operate in marginal weather, if neccesary bust the minima, that ultimately resulted in an accident, in order to save money and increase revenue.
I am sure we had a case study during our Human Factors-class about such an operator mentioned above. That was some time ago and I can't really remember the details.
Thanks for your help! :)
