Hello,
I'm searching for the latest list of states totally complying with the recommendations of the ICAO annexes.

I'm not sure if you can find any state totally complying with ICAO Annexes. Even Afghanistan which lacks its own procedure has some differences from ICAO annexes.

The only problem I'm facing is that the needed info are not really up to date...
I think i will try to find a contact in the ICAO.
I know the problem, believe me. When I update my ICAO publications I use the bimonthly supplements the ICAO publishes at it's website (http://www.icao.int/) under "What's New?".
