Sounds like he deserves every cent of the awarded judgement. Whole career and seven years of his life wasted by what seems to have been a personality clash.

I agree. While many damage awards in the US are ridiculous, this seems fair for Canada, which tends to be much more conservative.

agree too, flyin is a passion and bannin him from flyin without any solid evidence is cruel! It has been his childhood dream jst like most of us here! dont think any price could cover that damage!

An example of justice !!!

Well done !!!!
Having been in a similar situation in Canada before with an other now bankrupt airline it is great that justice finally has returned. With so many unprofessional managers in this field perhaps their ability will match thier egos.
To make slanderous remarks causing so much pain was criminal !!!

mr.Fennimore is a hero for not giving up and hopefully his actions will motivate more pilots to fight for justice.

Nice to see that someone stood up to management intimidation.

The Canadian industry has long abused pilots at every level.

I hope that this makes every manager sit up and take notice. Labour laws are not just there for other industries.

Well done sir may you enjoy every cent of it.

Justice finally. Perhaps he could buy the entire P.E.I. with his $3.000.000,- :ok:
