G'day All,
Wondering if anyone can help me with finding accomodation in Whistler in early December. Do any hotels offer discount to crew? I am coming over with my girlfriend and want somewhere romantic.
I also hear crew get discount on lift tickets. Can anyone confirm?

Hey Camel,

To save a few $$ on lift tickets, purchase them at the "7-eleven" convenience stores in YVR. You'll save anywhere between $20-25 Canadian per ticket. There are a few stores along the drive to Whistler/Blackhomb (ie Squamish), but the offer isn't valid. It's cheper in YVR because the "locals" buy them there then drive in.
As for hotel accomidations, I am sure they offer discounts with your airline i.d. Call or e-mail before you go.

Unfortunately the word combination Whistler-Christmas-Discount, does not compute! You can get the discount on lift tickets as above, but the only other discount you'll be getting is from the Canadian dollar continuing to plummet.

Have an great time in Whistler, I recommend Quattro restaurant for a nice meal.
