does anyone know of any operators in Canada flying twin otters?

Go to the Canadian Register (http://www.tc.gc.ca/aviation/activepages/ccarcs/ExtraSearches.asp?x_lang=e), select DeHaviiland from the list, enter DHC-6 in the model. You'll get a list of all 85 Twotters in Canada. Click on each registration to see the owner.
