Nose wheel taxi lights while taxing

Can anyone point me to an information source that gives regulatory guidence regarding aircraft movement on the ground and the the useage
of the nose wheel taxi light, if there is in fact such a document? I have the AC 120-74A, but I'm looking for more data if possible.

AC 120-74 does not specifically address the taxi light. Also, "adherence to the guidelines in this AC are voluntary," so there is no "regulatory" guidance in the US.

OTOH, the FAA WILL "get you" via FAR 91.13(b) if you run into something in the dark, and you didn't have your taxi or landing light on...
