CanJet? They ran an ad in the National Post on Friday

Air Canada's yet-to-be-named discount carrier? On dit qu'ils commencent a l'ouest, on WestJet's routes.

WestJet? - not a start up anymore, but they're expanding to new routes in the east.

Only startups happening this year AFAIK are Roots and AirCan's discount carrier. Canjet's been operating since last fall.

Depends who you ask. His current employees are unlikely to talk badly about him, but ask some of his ex-employees how K.R. was and they'll be less than complimentary. Fact is, you can find good and bad opinions of every company. I just hate to see Mr. Rowe stating in public that he can keep his costs low because he pays his pilots alot less than his competition. Talk about a slap in the face!
