Hi everybody:

I need your help.

I have 1000 hours on the A320 and 3000 total, and i want to start the CCQ A320-A330 to obtain the A330 endorsement on my license.

Is necessary to perform the base training on the plane?

Can you take the option of the ZFTT? It means one more simm session without real flight on the airliner.

Please recomendations of the cheaper TRTO and experiencies.

Thanks a lot.

I understand that you want to do your CCQ yourself? Please consider it carefully because your additional rating doesn't give you any advantage for a job if you don't have any experience on type.

Depending on the country where you want to apply, you need to do a base training, and it has to be on an aircraft registred in this very country. So it might be necessary to do the whole CCQ all over again.

Additionally, some airlines don't like people who pay for their ratings.

Unless you have very specific offer in mind, I wouldn't pay a CCQ yourself. A prospective selection officer would know how much A320 hours are worth for a job offer on a A330/A340.

hth,
Dani

How is the endorsement on the license?

A330? or CCQ A330?

If you have the endorsement on the licence i understand that is not necessary to repeat the CCQ to fly in a country different of the country of issue.

Please explain me¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡
