Just wondering because this "Experienced PPRuNer" is flying CYYZ-CYMX-EGKK on June 17th and would really appreciate a look at the pointy end of an A330 if possible.

stagger, just ask one of the FA's nice and early in the flight, let them know your background. Do it ASAP in the flight.
Regretably, Im on the B757 and havn't got the A330 crew listings.
As you may know, Canada 3000 policy does not permit passengers (or specifically non company employees) to sit in the jump-seat for take-off and landing. Its a drag, but thats the way it is (for now anyway).
