Can anyone recommend a hotel in New Delhi that offers good crew discount?. Preferably in Hauz Khas.

The Hotels in New Delhi are overpriced anyhow. Even with a crew discount you will end up burning a lot of money. Not sure if your are coming for a long/short stay.
Booking on a travel website would be your best bet on cost. If you are adventourous, you can just land in India and stay at one of the smaller hotels which will run you about Rs 1500 / night. $ 60USD.
For long term stuff, there are several houses that rent furnished rooms by the month. You will need to surf the web and the Delhi yellow pages for this info.
