Air Canada phone screening interview

seems like the new thing they're doing. I just had my interview last week and was not phone screened so sorry no info on that. also, new to the interview is a hold clearance where you have to draw the entry...easy.

Phone screening? As in they look at your phone to see if you have any friends or something? Or is this a security thing to check if it's a remote control for a bomb? I'm so confused...:hmm:

OH! they ask you over the phone.... i thought they went through your phone to look at your phone list to see if you had a social life or something =.=
