Class 2 medical

Hello all. Ive got my Class 2 medical in a few days, and i was wondering if there were any reccomendations of things to do before it. Ive begun to lots of water and what not, anything else to do? feeling very nervous :bored:

Relaxing and trying to not worry about it is probably as good as drinking lots of water !

It's not that bad. By now I'm sure you'll be aware of any 'weaknesses' (mine is blood pressure - but the pills sort that out). Anything else will be just normal. Your AME will expect you to be nervous - and will probably put you right at ease after about 1 minute (they're a good bunch)

Lay off the booze for a few days (if you do drink that is!)
Take some time off work if you have a stressful job
Get a good nights sleep before
