According to NavCanada's Aviation Weather Web Site (http://www.flightplanning.navcanada.ca/cgi-bin/CreePage.pl?Langue=anglais&NoSession=NS_Inconnu&Page=Fore-obs%2Fmetar-taf-map&TypeDoc=html), which will give a plain language of the METAR (select the plain language radio button and enter CYYC):
