simultaneous Approaches

What are the precautions that you take when you have simultaneous approaches on parallel runways in IMC conditions,and do you take into consideration traffic reacting to TCAS RA's.Some operators elect to use TA mode on the TCAS in this case.where is the safety margin in case of deviation of one traffic .
