AOPA (https://web23.secure-secure.co.uk/aopa.co.uk/scripts/seminars.php) and On Track (http://www.ontrackaviation.com/index.htm).

(As a hint, it took 30 sec on PPrune search and google to find this.)

If you need a Refresher Course i.e. because your FI(H) has expired by more than 5 years then you will have to go to a FIC(H) provider and do training as required to pass the FI(h) Test. If however you have not expired by 5 years or more then you don't need a refresher course, you need to attend a Seminar and pass a test within 12 months of each other. Unless you are both an FI(H) and a FI(A), the Seminar provider must offer the (H) option which they usually do.
