Regional QNH 1016 - lowest forecast QNH for a specified area, used for terrain separation if an accurate pressure isn't available.
(Rather pointless when you've got the actual in the METAR)

Maybe not so pointless if the pressure is forecast to drop around 6 hPa in the next hour or so. But admittedly the rest of the ob doesn't suggest that's likely.

from memory, Bournemouth advise (on ATIS) airfield QNH, and Portland regional QNH, which can be a couple of mb difference, with a validity period.
