I'm Thai pilot.I know that the pilot can travel in the cockpit without requiring the ticket,especially in United State.So I'd like any pilot,who has informations about this do me a flavor by give the detail of procedure and how to do that.

Wrong...at least so far as I know. You're either operating crew, including supernumary crew, and listed as such for the authorities along the route, or a passenger, including dead-heading non-operating crew, and listed as such.

For insurance reasons if nothing else passengers must hold a ticket, in one form or another.

Which passengers get to ride in the flight deck varies from place to place, airline to airline. Some authorities make it illegal for a passenger to enter the FD..
