What Approach Category is the A320?

Not sure what you mean.

The A320 is a Cat C aircraft ie we use Cat C minima etc.

It is capable of Cat 3B autolands.

....our 93.5 MTOM A321 was Cat D
Can't remember what the MLM was.
Haven't got access to the AFM and can't remember what the Airbus Weight Variant was.

PANSOPS or TERPS?

For PANSOPS, both the 320 and the 321 are classed as Cat C, even though the 321 just creeps into the D bracket. But in some countries which uses TERPS as an approach standard, the 321 is in Cat D, and the 320 is in Cat D for circling minima.
