Hi all! I am busy with developing aviation safety related training, and are looking for any statistics, or pointers to such material, from which I can derive an estimate of all casualties assosiated to aviation from the beginning, when an army observer died of injuries incurred on the Wright Flyer type. Being rather not that good with the internet, I was unsuccessful in obtaining the above, and would appreciate any guidelines, or preferably the answer!:)
