If I where to Lease a 767 on ACMI from an airline with an AOC what would the rules be on flying from the UK to the US on a route like Manchester to Orlando or Liverpool to New York?

Not sure on the rules, but if you have the money to hire a 767 for a transatlantic flight, perhaps you would put your loose change in my bank account so I could learn to fly it! lol

Well, for starters, the AOC holder in question would have to have 14CFR129 operating authority (except for very exceptional cases)...and this is not issued lightly.
