Does anyone know whether solos supervised when instructing for other ICAO licenses outside Europe can count towards the 25 supervised solo requirement?

Since JAR-FCL 1.325(c) limits the privileges to "carrying out under the supervision of a FI(A) approved for this purpose....flight instruction for the issue of the PPL(A) – or those parts of integrated courses at PPL(A) level – and class and type ratings for single-engine aeroplanes, excluding approval of first solo flights by day or by night and first solo navigation flights by day or by night....", one must assume that only solo flights in the JAA PPL(A) syllabus or the PPL parts of integrated courses count

So, on that basis even solos of students opting for the NPPL can't count?
