On comm chart, just about to enter Kabul FIR,stated that "Monitor Afgkan Advisory on 126.325 at least 5 mins prior entering Kabul FIR and make blind calls,If no response,until leaving Kabul FIR." I think that I should make blind calls then monitor that frequency until leaving Kabul FIR. But my senior told me that we didn't have to make any calls on that frequency unless we couldn't contact the main frequency 128.5 . Am I wrong?
