what exactly do you mean by that? FAA/JAA? ... part 91, 121, 135?
generally under the faa class II navigation procedures will be found in the approved operation specifications for your company and may be limited by type i.e Class II navigation NA for the 737 for oceanic sector length greater than xxx miles etc.
